Amanda worked in retail for 12 years up until she started hosting market events across Yorkshire.

She's well versed in all things plants, even having a business dedicated to selling both rare and common species to many happy customers.

Not only that but she's quite the creative individual, dabbling with log paintings, writing novels, art, macrame and all kinds of handmade crafts so perhaps you'll see some of her work selling within the shop eventually.

After years of running events she wanted to try and help both small traders and individual hobbyists/crafters that have never been in shops or at events before by opening a shop which would stock their creations. Offering the public many interesting and never before seen products whilst also providing growth to traders.

Andrew is the one behind this website and feels quite awkward typing about himself in 3rd person like this. Always having a fondness for technology and the progression of science he mainly does the excel spreadsheets and tedious things when not helping out Amanda with customers.

Having not worked in retail before he's not as good with customers as Amanda but he's slowly learning the ropes. He truly enjoys meeting so many nice people that come into the shop, both stockists and customers and we truly appreciate all the kind things you say about us and our shop. ( Thank you )

He also enjoys wearing patterned/Hawaiian shirts despite Amanda's protests.
